To maintain 100% client satisfaction, we have made the refund policy page. Shoppers of us have the right to make request of refund in the 30 days from the data of purchase.
The Pay Back Policy works when:
- Our CCE team fail to guide you properly
- The ordered product is not matching with the demo version
- The licensed program is not working completely
- The ordered product is not executing the performance that has been promised to provide.
Refund is not considered:
- If the ordered program is purchased without evaluating its free demo version
- If the software has performed 40% of its task without any interruption
- If the shopping goes wrong or you purchase a wrong product
Note: If you purchase individual version and want to upgrade the version, it is possible. But we cannot request for degrading.
We are not responsible:
- You have shopped wrong products
- The email is misdirected
- Ignore to download the software in the given time period
- The activation is marked spam automatically by your mail app
- After installation you find hard to run the program in your system
- Miss-interpretation by clients while getting technical assistance
- The ordered product is damaged due to client’s fault
We request every client to download the free demo version before purchasing the license. It minimizes the issue of refund.
